Sean Schwartz, Licensed Appraiser

Also a Kansas native, Sean Schwartz grew up in Topeka. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree with emphasis in graphic design and business from Emporia State, has further studies in business administration, and pursued his real estate appraisal education after moving to Eureka, where he and his wife, Cindy, began their family. Cindy is an elementary teacher in Eureka and they have two daughters.

He joined SunGroup as a residential appraiser, and more recently has expanded his knowledge to become involved in agricultural and commercial property appraisal. He is state certified and continues to pursue a general license classification.
